This special 3-class Friday Night Lecture Series will address the qualities you need.
Many people are hard on themselves in a way that is counter-productive and painful. We sometimes have a tendency to be excessively self-critical, self-doubting, and lacking confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life. In this workshop, we will learn how to use meditation to free ourselves from self-critical thoughts, negative self-perceptions, and feelings of discouragement.
