For our silent Saturday retreat we will get away from all the noise. A day of inner peace, environmental peace, and separation from the digital distractions that pull at and disturb our peace of mind.
We will turn off our devices, refrain from conversation, and tune our mind to peace and calm. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Each session is guided, and advice for the meditation breaks will be given at the end of each session. We will also use a traditional preliminary practice called Prayers for Meditation to improve our inner conditions for meditation.
The day's schedule is structured so that you can relax and peacefully enjoy some space between meditations.
