Maybe worse, our relaxing enjoyments leave us more tired when we go back to work after a nice day off! Meditation does not have that effect on us though, all the while, we can find that meditation can be restful, relaxing, and enjoyable.
Join us for this workshop and learn to meditate. You will enjoy instruction and guided meditations from, JD Vineyard, a senior Kadampa teacher at KMC TX, a seasoned meditator who will help you see the benefits of meditation and get a practice going. With a bit of instruction and guidance anyone can get started, so try something different and enjoy a day inside.
