Kentucky Derby Day at III Forks
North Texas dining destination III Forks is celebrating the Kentucky Derby with a menu of specialty cocktails on Saturday, May 4.
Derby attire is encouraged that day, when the race will be shown on bar televisions. Prizes for Win, Place and Show will be given out for those in their Derby Day best.
Cocktail menu includes:
Maker’s Mark Mint Julep-
muddled mint and sugar topped with a generous pour of
Maker’s Mark served over crushed ice
Brown Derby-
Maker’s Mark, grapefruit juice, honey
Kentucky Grazer-
Maker’s Mark, Pimms, lemon juice, mint
El Diablo-
Casamigos Blanco, lime juice, ginger syrup, Crème de Cassis
Tommy’s Margarita-
Casamigos Blanco, agave nectar, lime juice
Bee’s Knees-
Botanist Gin, lemon juice, honey
Clover Club-
Botanist Gin, lemon juice, raspberry
Cocktails on the Derby menu are $10 each and are available in the bar and by request in the dining room.
