"There Is Hope" Fundraiser Luncheon - The Haven of Love
Join us for The Haven of Love "There Is Hope" Fundraiser Luncheon on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the beautiful Hotel Swexan in Dallas' Harwood District.
Founded over 25 years ago by Karen Green, The Haven of Love is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings healing and restoration to vulnerable women and youth throughout DFW. Our holistic approach meets women where they are—whether in Lou Sterrett County Jail, Gatesville Women's Correctional Facility, or the Letot Juvenile Center. We provide prison ministry, Bible studies, life skills training, and mentorship to help break cycles of trauma and addiction.
For women released with nowhere to go, our Haven of Love Home offers safe transitional housing and faith-based support. Our Resource Center provides additional services including Bible study groups and life skills classes for women outside the prison system.
