Valentine's Day Dinner
Starting at your choice of 6 or 8:30 p.m., we’ll embark on a feast of romance-inspired love at first bite. Each course is lovingly created to pair with a cocktail or beer that enhances the flavors of the dish.

Entree: Smoked Tenderloin with Mushroom Wine Sauce and Sweet Corn Polenta paired with Ironroot Promethian Smoked Vanilla Bean Old Fashioned
