About the Artists
Tsun-yuet Emmanuel Kwok is an adjunct faculty member at Nelson University and Tarrant County College. He currently serves as Assistant Principal Cellist of the McKinney Philharmonic Orchestra and is a member of both the Dallas Chamber Symphony and the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra. He also performs regularly with several other professional orchestras. Kwok’s career has taken him across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., including a solo debut at Carnegie Hall in 2023. A committed advocate for contemporary music, he has premiered over 30 new works and frequently collaborates with artists across genres. His work is featured on more than ten studio albums.
Xinzhuo Li is a dynamic and expressive pianist whose repertoire spans from classical traditions to contemporary innovations. She has performed in major cities throughout China and the United States, including Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. In 2024, she won First Prize in Piano Solo and Second Prize in Chamber Music at the 6th SWISS International Music Competition. Li holds degrees from Northeast Normal University and the Longy School of Music of Bard College, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at the University of North Texas. As an educator, she incorporates Dalcroze, Kodály, Orff, and Suzuki methods to inspire students of all ages.
