Work up a sweat as you learn an R-rated routine filled with plenty of bumping and grinding. You'll loosen up with basic moves and passes across the room, then tone your entire body as you dance your way down to the floor and back up. High heels, boas and extra layers for stripping help set the mood, though they are not required. Long pants are recommended to protect your knees as most routines involve floor work. Fridays from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. $10 drop-in or save by purchasing a multi-class pass (note: Free for Fitness Works members)
