Bag of Books Sale: Sept. 25-27, 2026

Stock up Sept. 25-27 at the Bag of Books Sale at Davis Library, hosted by Plano Library Friends! How it works: Buy one of our brown bags for $10 (pay with exact cash or by QR code) and fill it with gently used books, DVDs, CDs and more from our selection. We have treasures for all ages, and we restock continuously so there are new finds every day. Insider tips: 1. The busiest time is usually the morning of the first day, but that’s also when the most popular items – like children’s books – will go quickly! 2. During peak shopping times, please be prepared to wait in line and to be required to purchase a bag before entering the sale room. We want everyone to have room to browse comfortably. During less busy times you can browse before deciding whether to purchase a bag. 3. You must fill the brown bag we provide, but feel free to place it inside your own reusable shopping bag for reinforcement. 4.
