Jimmy Nelson is a Dallas native who swaps his firefighter gear for a mic when the trucks are out of service. A proud dad and not a big reader, his comedy comes packed with quick wit, disarming charm, and stories that swing from heartwarming to hilariously dark-sometimes in the same breath. When he's not on stage, Jimmy co-hosts the podcast Odd Ball History, where his love of storytelling takes a wild dive into the strange, funny, and unbelievable corners of the past.
