Day of Coordinating Services
Services include the following: Complimentary initial consultation Availability phone and email during business hours, Production of a detailed wedding day itinerary, Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists, Confirmation of all wedding vendors, Confirm vendors arrangements; check the delivery dates, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. Answer etiquette questions, Collect/ Coordinate final payment for specific vendors,Collect wedding items such as marriage license, quest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc.
