For the past decade I have served as an advisor, teacher, and coach to people of all walks of life on their quest for gaining physical, emotional, and mental health. I teach practical tools to stop negative stress, and they always work when used correctly.
What do you love most about your job?
To show people how to move from a lifestyle constantly triggering negative stress reactions to a healthier, happier and more content one by making small, powerful, and fully manageable changes.
