What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
[We have been] wedding and event planning since 2007. Our staff [members have] backgrounds in this business and in the fashion industry. Our working standard includes listening first and then creating a plan that suits each client’s needs. We love to serve and we love what we do.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration started with our first decorating job. We volunteered to decorate a family member’s baby shower. The decorations were well-received and we loved [doing it]. Soon afterward, the phone rang with paid offers to decorate at other events. Our clients were no longer just family members.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping. I really love it when a bride tells me they’re so glad we helped them. The joy and gratefulness we bring to the stressed-out, worried bride is just priceless.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
[They said] I do not know what I would have done without your help.
