Esthetician performs customized chemical peel to target skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles.
One Medical Grade PCA Chemical Peel
Two Medical Grade PCA Chemical Peels
Three Medical Grade PCA Chemical Peels
PCA (Physicians Care Alliance) Chemical Peels target acne, rosacea symptoms, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. These challenging skin concerns are improved with perfected formulas by increasing the skin’s cell turnover rate, bringing new skin cells to the surface, reducing signs of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, redness, and clearing breakouts.
To Know Before Your PCA Chemical Peel:
DISCONTINUE USE OF RETINOL AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO CHEMICAL PEEL APPOINTMENT.
*Your skin will begin peeling 24-48 hours after chemical peel application and will loosely shed for the next 5-7 days*
- For the peel to be most effective, you should not wash your face, use a sauna, participate in any activity that will cause sweating, or go swimming until the following day.
- It is strongly recommended to stay out of the sun for roughly (1) week following chemical peel application. Your skin’s sensitivity will be heightened, and sun exposure after chemical peel can lead to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- It is strongly recommended to wear SPF 30 or higher following your chemical peel treatment. SPF is available for purchase at Skandii MedSpa, if needed.
- Chemical peel application will initially feel warm and cause slight tingling once applied. The tingling and warmth will subside shortly after application, and written instructions will be provided for post peel skin care.
