Bikram Yoga: During the classes, participants practise a set series of yoga postures and breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 °F to increase blood circulation and improve muscle strength.
- BIKRAM 90: known as 26 + 2 and consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is performed 2 times. It is practiced in a heated room 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
- BIKRAM 60: The 60-minute class, includes 1 posture each of several of the poses. It still includes 26 + 2, consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
- SILENT BIKRAM 60: This is also a 60-minute class, done to soft music. Your teacher joins you in the series and gives simple "Begin" and "Change" commands. Most of the poses are done 2 times, except for 3 of the poses. It still includes 26 + 2, consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This class is good for more experienced students.
- Yin Yoga: During the classes, participants hold yoga poses for a prolonged period of time to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and increase circulation in the joints.
