Barre classes combine elements of cardio, barre, and muscle-targeting exercises rooted in physical therapy for low-impact workouts
- The Bar Method is a high intensity yet low-impact full-body workout, blending interval training, isometrics, dance conditioning, and elements of physical therapy. The classes take place at the ballet barre and on mats. Participants work all the major muscle groups to sculpt the body and improve the posture.
