Cryotherapy sessions expose clients to low temperatures in order to manage pain, reduce inflammation, tighten the skin, and reduce wrinkles
- Average length of session: 2–3 minutes
- Inside a cryotherapy tank, liquid nitrogen is used to create temperatures that reach as low as -250ºF. The extreme cold helps to produce therapeutic benefits such as reduced inflammation, pain relief, and increased mobility.
- Compression therapy reduces inflammation and fluid collection, removes toxins such as lactic acid, relieves conditions such as heaviness in the outer extremities, and can prevent or eliminate first-stage varicose.
- Cryo facials help stimulate collagen production, shrink pores, reduce fine lines, and wrinkles giving a firm, smooth, and elastic skintone. They also treat inflammatory skin conditions such as acne and eczema. The facial lasts about 12 minutes.
- Celluma uses light energy to improve cellular health by accelerating the repair and replenishment of compromised tissue cells. It helps treat acne and aids in fighting signs of aging.
