Shakespeare in the Village- The Merry Wives of Windsor
SPARC Theater presents Sir John Falstaff and the Merry Wives of Windsor, a laugh-out-loud summer production set against the stunning backdrop of Darcie Kent Vineyards in Livermore.
This beloved Shakespearean comedy follows the misadventures of the boastful Sir John Falstaff, who hatches a plan to woo two wealthy women at once—only to be hilariously outsmarted by both. With mistaken identities, wild pranks, and witty wordplay, The Merry Wives of Windsor delivers fast-paced fun and heart in equal measure.
Join us Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sunday matinees at 2:00 PM, from August 8–24, 2025, in the comfort of the beautifully restored Village Theatre—an intimate setting perfect for enjoying Shakespeare up close.
