Magnifying glasses are ready for you to enjoy the art up close. Admission is free, and all are welcome. This year’s exhibition was juried by Barbara Stanton, an internationally recognized miniature artist from Livermore, Ca. With over four decades of experience and countless awards from national and international miniature shows, Stanton brings deep expertise and a discerning eye to the selection process. Her own paintings—some measuring less than an inch across—are celebrated for their vivid realism and jewel-like precision. “Miniature art invites you to slow down, lean in, and discover a world within a few square inches,” says Stanton. “It’s an art form that values skill, restraint, and storytelling—and this exhibition highlights the exceptional talent of today’s miniature artists.” The show includes paintings, drawings, and sculpture, representing a broad spectrum of media and subject matter: delicate florals, moody landscapes, vibrant still lifes, expressive portraits, and imaginative three-dimensional works—all presented in an intimately scaled format. Artists from across the region and beyond were selected for their ability to combine technical mastery with artistic expression on a small stage.
