UC Master Gardeners Fall Faire!
Come to the annual Master Gardeners Fall Faire on September 20! Visitors of all ages will enjoy a free, fun and informative afternoon featuring thirty booths staffed by dedicated Master Gardeners and Community Partners.
Hands-on demonstrations and talks range from dehydrating produce to designing a pollinator-friendly garden, creating herbal teas, garlands from your garden, along with plenty of friendly gardening advice. Lots of free giveaways from fall bulbs, succulent clippings, seed bombs, herbal tisanes, to gardening books, and more!
Bring the kids to start their gardening experience early, get their passports stamped at different booths, feed Audrey the giant talking plant, visit Scarecrow row, grab a bite to eat at Annie's Lunch Box food truck to have a picnic while listening to music from The Merry Ukuladies band!
New this year, a plant sale will feature a wonderful selection of ornamental plants and seven varieties of winter vegetables ready for you to plant in your own gardens, with all proceeds supporting Master Gardener programs.
