Oct 21: Exclusive Dinner With Milton Matchak — Defender of Democracy!
We are thrilled to invite you to attend our exclusive Republican Dinner on October 21st featuring Milton Matchak, attorney with the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI), a leading nonprofit law firm dedicated to defending religious liberty, parental rights, and constitutional freedoms. Milton has a lifelong passion for defending constitutional law. Milton Matchak is a 1977 graduate of San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy in October of 2000 and is a California-licensed attorney. He is retired from over eighteen and a half years as a criminal prosecutor for a small California County District Attorney’s Office and continues to use his position as an attorney to advance God’s Kingdom and His work. The majority of his legal career was in criminal prosecution, except for a very brief stint prior with a solo practitioner. He has hundreds of hours of experience in the courtroom advocating before judges and triers of fact. As a criminal prosecutor, he conducted over twenty trials and dozens of contested hearings, such as motions to suppress and preliminary hearings. He has always had an interest and desire to practice in constitutional law and is grateful for the opportunity to practice civil law with the Pacific Justice Institute, especially in the area of First Amendment constitutional law and religious liberty. He has been with the Pacific Justice Institute since late April of 2022 and was grateful to be a part of the BART civil jury trials in the summer and fall of 2024. Most importantly, Milton is a Christian, saved by the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ, and has a deep love of God’s Word. It is his growing passion to share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world around him. He has over 70 years of life experience and is a husband (50 years as of June 2025), father of nine children, and grandfather of 24, with hopes for more.
