Dr. Barr holds degrees in music, music performance, and music education. His conducting credentials include the Jefferson Symphony, The Ultraphonic Jazz Orchestra, The Denver Jazz Orchestra. He has performed with Lena Horne, Ella Fitzgerald, Marvin Gaye, Henry Mancini, Lou Rawls, Dave Brubeck and many other notable artists. Pay-As-You-Can, value $15.
