Hope Lives Here: The Tenderloin Speaks; A Fundraiser Benefitting the Healing WELL
The Healing WELL, a Tenderloin-based nonprofit offering wellness and leadership programs, is hosting an event at the Roxie Theater on Sept. 14. Highlights include a talk by Kevin Fagan, award-winning SF Chronicle journalist and author of The Lost and the Found: a True Story of Homelessness, Found Family, and Second Chances; A screening of the award-winning short film Fog: Homeless in San Francisco; Stories of hope from Healing WELL leaders; and a VIP reception at Roxie Hall.
