FIT4BABY® Prenatal FREE Trial Class
FIT4MOM Tri-Valley is launching its first FIT4BABY® prenatal program starting this September, and it's kicking off with a free trial class on Saturday, September 7th! This moms-only class will give you a sneak peek of the 6-week FIT4BABY prenatal program, which includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. This program will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Beyond the workout, pregnancy-related guest speakers, from a trained lactation consultant to a newborn sleep expert, will join the weekly classes for additional support throughout your pregnancy.
