The Lamorinda Arts Council presents Art Embraces Words on Sat. August 24 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Writer Lucinda Jackson will read from her “Project Escape” memoir with award-winning poet Emma Wong and other local writers and artists from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Meet the local talent at a reception outdoors on the adjacent patio.
