Handmade Pasta 101 with Top Chef Season 16 Finalist Michelle Minori

Sip Jacuzzi wine and discover the secrets behind crafting three traditional Italian staples as Chef Minori guides you through the art of Italian cuisine amidst our picturesque vineyard backdrop.
Class Details
- Handmade Trofie: learn how to make a simple, egg-free dough. No special tools necessary. The name for this unique pasta shape from Liguria Italy comes from the Greek word for "nourishment". It’s traditionally served with a pesto sauce and green beans, perfect for a summertime meal.
- Pesto: learn a quick and easy recipe utilizing summer basil that you can use for almost anything, but today we’ll use it to dress our hand-made pasta.
- Summer Beans: learn how to clean and blanch a variety of summer beans straight from our local farmers.
