A one-of-a-kind wine and cultural event as Southwest Meets the Wine Country with an old-fashioned New Mexico Chile Roast ! Two barrel chile roasters wil fill the air
with the sweet-spicy fragrance of roasting Hatch chiles. Attendees can savor the fragrance glass of wine in hand, or if they choose, enjoy an interactive experience by
taking a turn with the chile roasters. Live music and food will round out the festivities on Honrama Cellars lovely outdoor patio and attendees are encouraged to buy Hatch
chile at their local grocery store for roasting. Instructions for roasting and freezing the chiles and recipes will be distributed. The event is open to the public. Contact
