Southwest Meets Napa Valley with Old Fashioned New Mexico Hatch Chile Roast
Two barrel chlle roasters will be available to those who bring a few pounds of their own Hatch Chile, available at area grocers. You will learn how to roast you chile by various methods, with instructions how to peel and freeze for year round use in salsas or virtually any Mexican or New Mexica dish. Two free tickets for wine club members and those who join the wine club on day of event.
