DOWNTOWN PLEASANT HILL ANNOUNCES “NOON” YEAR'S EVE EVENT
Noon Year’s Eve takes place on Tuesday, December 31 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and is designed for those early birds who want to celebrate the new year in a family-friendly environment. The festivities will take place at the Plaza, in front of Jack’s Restaurant & Bar, and will feature a noon juice toast, balloon drop, face painting, photo booth, and craft station.
