Areej Masoud is a dedicated advocate for community empowerment and social justice, deeply inspired by her roots in Palestine. As the founder and executive director of Khayari Organization for Women's Leadership and Economic Empowerment, she has created a safe space for young women to grow, connect, and lead. Her work focuses on fostering resilience and leadership among women navigating the political and social challenges of Palestinian society. For Areej, this work is not just a profession but a heartfelt mission to ensure young women feel valued, empowered, and equipped to drive change.

She thrives on work that not only achieves tangible goals but also deepens understanding and broadens perspectives.
