Recipes Rooted in the New South
William Dissen, graduate of CIA in 2003 and author of the new cookbook, Thoughtful Cooking: Recipes Rooted in the New South, is coming to The Grove Restaurant. His dinner will be, “a meditation on the seasons and how they inform not only our ingredients and cooking styles, but how our choices affect the world around us.”
Chef Dissen will be here to sign copies of his cookbook that you can purchase along with this dinner experience.
