Engineering Day for Girls is hosted by Castro Valley High School Society of Women Engineers and FIRST Robotics clubs. It will be on Sunday, October 19th, at Castro Valley High School, from 9 AM to 3 PM. All students attending Canyon or Creekside Middle School are welcome, but we especially encourage girls to sign up. Designed for hands-on experience, Engineering Day includes three workshops: Circuits & Electronics, Engineering Tools, and Robotics & Coding. Additionally, students will learn about different fields of engineering, engineers' positive impact, and the achievements of women engineers. Absolutely no prior experience is required--students...
