15th Annual Fine Art Figurative Show - The Essential Figure

THE ESSENTIAL FIGURE show features artworks based on the human body. For many years an LAA member has run a weekly workshop for artists to draw from live models. This show began when several local galleries who had nude exhibits closed their doors, leaving a void in the show circuit. This show provides an opportunity for figurative artists to show, and sell, their work, which in many cases they are not allowed to as many of the pieces are nude. Nudity is not required to enter the show. Portraiture and clothed figures are welcome too! It is the humanity that is required.
