Senior Seminar!
Don’t Miss Our Final Senior Seminar of the Year – Nov 10th!
I’m so excited to invite you to our last Senior Seminar of the year on Monday,
November 10th! It’s going to be a special one — full of great information, inspiring
stories, and a touch of holiday fun as we get ready for Thanksgiving together.
We’ll be joined by two wonderful guest speakers:
👨🍳 Mike Filosa from Chefs for Seniors – Mike will share how his amazing business
brings personal chefs right to your home to prepare two weeks’ worth of delicious,
home-cooked meals just for you. If you’ve ever dreamed of having your own chef or
simply want to make mealtime easier and healthier, you won’t want to miss this!
👮 Officer Don Swanson from the Livermore Police Department – Officer
Swanson has a true passion for serving our local communities and a special focus
on caring for seniors. He’ll share ways our police department supports older adults
and how we can all stay connected and safe. He emphasizes situational awareness and
scam awareness!
And since it’s our final seminar of 2025, we’re throwing in a little Thanksgiving
celebration! Expect some festive treats, warm company, and a joyful atmosphere as
we wrap up the year together.
