Course offerings include coping skills for families, evidence-based information on mental illness, self-care, and emotional support. The next class starts on January 22nd (6:30 – 9:00 p.m.) in San Rafael and runs for 8 consecutive Mondays, with the exception of President's Day, February 19th.
