Seasonal Cupcake Design (October)
Under the direction of Berenize Marcelo, students will first learn how to bake apple crumble cupcakes, practicing both baking techniques and flavor balance. In the following class, the focus will shift to decorating, where students will create fun fall–themed cupcake designs using frosting and toppings.
