January 1 - February 29: Submissions accepted via this online form, via email to Raychelle at [email protected], OR in person at the desks in the children's or teen areas. Click "more details" to view the guidelines/online form. -March 20: Finalists will be notified. -Saturday, April 20: Finalists will perform at the library. (Performances are open to the public & free to attend.) -July 13 - 14: Winner will have a designated slot to perform at the Westerville Music & Arts Festival. Be creative and have fun! Bonus: Finalists will receive a small token. For ages...
