Holiday Sew And Shop
Join us for some fun gift making and shopping for locally-made gifts at The Sewing Hive!
We'll have three stations for you to make your own easy to sew gifts with a teacher there to help.
The projects:
Cute pot holders trivets that look like pies
Festive button-top kitchen towels
Plant bucket with water-proof container inside. Makers will receive a seasonal plant to go with it.
If you don't get registered in time to participate in the Sewing Activities, since seating for that is limited, The Holiday Shop will have "Makers Kits" with included illustrated instructions for you to take home or gift to someone to make. There will also be locally made gift items for attendees to purchase, but you must RSVP so we can plan enough refreshments and swag bags for all.
There will be a raffle for free classes and fun surprise bags, but you must be present to win.
You must be at least 16 and know how to sew on a machine to participate at The Sewing Stations.
