Offered any evening, Feb. 9-17, Guests can reserve their Keep in Love Valentine’s Day Dinner at the Keep via OpenTable.com. This spectacular menu has been created by our Executive Chef is just $89 per couple and starts with brie fondue with honey crisp apples, broccoli and baguette; guest’s entrée choices: Petit Fillet with asparagus, bearnaise and roasted shallot-chive mashed potatoes; Almond-crusted walleye with spinach, roasted fingerlings and lemon beurre Blanc; or Seared duck breast with braised cabbage, apple-maple rice and blood orange gastrique. The unforgettable meal culminates with a dessert sampler for two, featuring chocolate-covered strawberries, mini crème brulée and almond brittle berries Frangelico. An elegant wine list and suggested pairings and bottles are offered for this special dinner, as well as The Keep’s full cocktail and beer list.
