Six Course Italian Dinner
For our second stop in the "Tour of Italia" dinner series we are featuring the region of Abruzzo! This is the Pelino family home region. Differing from our typical dinners, this six course meal will not be paired with a specific winery. Having just returned from the Italian wine conference in Verona, where he met with over 30 wineries, Chef Vinny Pelino is excited to offer optional pairings that have been selected from our entire list.
