This event is in partnership with the City of Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation Department and Fire Division. *Weather & Emergencies: In case of inclement weather, we will move storytime to our store at 2116 Arlington Ave., Columbus, OH 43221 and cancel the touch-a-truck. In case of a fire emergency, we can't guarentee a touch-a-truck.
