Today's high holidays seem to peak at the beginning, with Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur -- or if you're really paying attention in the month of Elul -- and then linger through the Sukkot season. But the biblical traditions that gave rise to these holidays treated Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur as lead-ups to the most important event: Hoshanah Rabbah. What wisdom does this arc offer us today? How can we moderns reconnect with the earth-centered wisdom of our spiritual ancestors? Together we'll explore, re-imagine, and begin to set intentions for the high holidays season.
