With the help of its members and community partners, Ohio Poetry Association and Poets Against Racism & Hate USA presents a series of poetry readings at historic sites where we will feature poets and poems that honor Ohio's legacy on the Underground Railroad and that raise awareness of issues of social justice, hate, and prejudice.
This event is free and open to the public. The program will feature local poets, poetry workshops for adults and children, a guided tour of Kelton House, and a special presentation on the site's historical role in Ohio's Underground Railroad movement.
