Female Partnered Health is a community outreach program focused on improving the health and wellness of females by fostering the support and bond between mothers and daughters. We hold free events, as well as discuss ways to improve women's health and wellness. This will be a beginner-friendly yoga class and all experience levels are welcome. Just bring yourself, your mat, water bottle, family, and friends!
