Keep the spark alive this Valentine’s Day at FYR Short North on February 14 or 15! Enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner (served family-style) curated by Chef Sebastian La Rocca. For just $90/person, guests will enjoy:
- Fried Yuca, with avocado cilantro mousse and caviar
- Oysters, with burnt pineapple lime relish
- Yellow Fin Tuna Tiradito, with ahi Amarillo and tangerine dressing, avocado, acevichada sauce and crispy quinoa
- Wood-Open Lamb Empanadas, with 12-hour slow grilled whole lamb, yogurt and mint sauce
- Ember-Cooked Jumbo Shrimp with roasted pepper sauce, charred onions, and cotija cheese
- Grilled Aged Angus New York Steak, with creamy foie gras sauce and “Chimi Hendrix”
- Latin Risotto, with smoked tomato, Chile morita and Hearts of Palm
- Ember-Cooked Green Beans, with lemon vinaigrette, ricotta, and tomato chutney
- Basque Cheesecake, with wild fruit coulis and honeycomb candy
An optional wine pairing is also available.
The prix fixe menu is $90/per person; the optional wine pairing is an additional $50/per person.
