Find your balance, breathe deeply, and sip your way through a one-of-a-kind yoga experience at Wyandotte Winery! ✨
Led by certified instructor Brittney Wargo, this slow-flow class blends gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and wine tasting — each pose paired with a wine sample:
🧘♀️ Mountain Pose – Dry red wine 🍷
🧘 Warrior II – Dark fruit wine 🍷
🌳 Tree Pose – Lightly sweet white wine 🥂
💤 Savasana – Lightly sweet fruit wine 🥂 (with a calming sound bath to close)

This is a time for relaxation—participate at your own comfort level and never do anything that doesn’t feel good for your body. 🙏 Non-alcoholic versions are available upon request the day of the event.
After class, linger on the patio or lawn—maybe grab a cheese or hummus small plate and keep the good vibes going. 🧀🍷
