This four-course, family-style meal will feature fresh, local ingredients from our farm and other local farmers. The chef for this dinner is Brian Nelson. Brian Nelson is the owner of Keg Cowboy on Lexington’s Main Street. He cooked for 17 years in Charleston restaurants including Rue De Jean and Fat Hen before moving his family to Lexington in 2010.
