4th Annual Pirates of Penzance Sing-A-Long
Columbia Operatic Laboratory (COLab)'s 4th annual Pirates of Penzance Sing-A-Long will take place at 7:00 PM on Talk Like A Pirate Day, Friday, September 19th, 2025.
This event is ideal for audience members of all ages as it is in English, comedic, and features some of the most recognizable Gilbert & Sullivan tunes, such as the Modern Major-General's Song. It is also the perfect opportunity, whether you are a seasoned singer or not, to participate as the audience chorus, with costumes strongly encouraged.
Printed scores will be available to borrow on the day of, and electronic scores will be available to download on COLab’s Facebook Page or via QR code. No one will make you walk the plank if you want to sit back and enjoy the experience either!
Join COLab at Shandon Presbyterian Church located at 607 Woodrow St, Columbia, SC 29205, for a rollicking good time.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children at the door, with no reservations required.
