19th ANNUAL BLACK HISTORY PARADE & FESTIVAL
Senator Tameika Isaac Devine has been selected as the grand marshal for the parade. The event will feature performances by "Mr. David," a Southern Soul artist from Augusta, GA, as well as local groups such as Ken Cheeks & Sunrise, Musical Solutions, David Psalms Vocalist, Gospel artist Jessica "Powerhouse" Anderson, and R&B vocalist Lori Harkness. Additionally, there will be KidZone, educational merchants, and various food vendors, and to educate attendees about health issues and prevention, a dedicated Health Zone will be set up.
