On Saturday, May 16th from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, The American Cancer Society will be signing up individuals (ages 30-65) to participate in the Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3) at the Relay For Life of Central Chester County at Downingtown West High School in Downingtown, PA. The study, which aims to enroll a diverse population of half a million people across the United States, will help researchers better understand the lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer, and will further efforts to eliminate cancer as a major health concern for future generations. If you have never been diagnosed with cancer, but have been touched by the disease, this is a great way to fight back.
